Yugra Governor's Cup 2017

The 13th edition of the Yugra Governor's Cup is taking place in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia from 17-25 November. The 9-round Swiss open is a stage of the Russian Cup and has a first prize of 300,000 roubles ($3,000). Players receive 90 minutes for the entire game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. No draw offers are allowed before move 40.
