FIDE World Cup 2019
Sep 10, 2019 – Oct 4, 2019Khanty-Mansiysk is hosting the Fide World Cup from 10th of September to 4th of October. It will be a 128 players knockout tournament. First two players will qualify for the 2020 Candidates.
Time control :90 minutes for 40 moves, then 30 minutes for the rest of the game, 30-second increment from move 1.
Tie breaks: 2 games 25+10, 2 games 10+10, 2 games 5+3, if there is still a tie armageddon 5 to 4 min will be played.
