Razuvaev Memorial 2020

Together with Chess.com, the Russian Chess Federation is organizing the Razuvaev Memorial, an eight-player round robin tournament dedicated to the memory of the legendary chess player and coach Yuri Sergeevich Razuvaev (1945-2012).

The time control is 5+3. The players who finish in first and second place will play a final consisting of two games and, if needed, an armageddon which is 5 vs. 4 minutes.

The tournament is played on Friday, November 6, 2020 starting at 4 p.m. Moscow time (14:00 CET / 5 a.m. Pacific). Each new round is expected to start 20 minutes after the previous. The final is expected to start at 6 p.m. Moscow time (17:00 CET / 9

8 a.m. Pacific).
